You are hereby notified of a hearing of the New Boston Zoning Board of Adjustment, to be held Tuesday, Sept. 21, 2010 @ 7PM, in the Town of New Boston conference room. This hearing concerns an application for a VARIANCE, to the terms of Articles VI, Section 602 of the New Boston Zoning Ordinance. The applicants Robert & Donna Chase, (Town and Country Animal Hospital), for property located at 289 Francestown Road, Map 4, Lot 44-1, in the R/A district is asking to be allowed to rent a portion of the veterinary hospital as a residential
dwelling.
Immediately following, an application for a VARIANCE, to the terms of Article II, Sections 204.4, 208.3 of the New Boston Zoning Ordinance. The applicants Doug & Beth Coyle for property located at 289 McCurdy Road, Map 12, Lot 19-5 in the R/A district is asking to be allowed to install a shed within the 20’ setback from side property line.
