PUBLIC NOTICE
You are hereby notified of a hearing of the New Boston Zoning Board of Adjustment, to be held, TUESDAY, APRIL 20, 2010, at 7PM, in the Town of New Boston Conference Room. This hearing concerns an application for a “VARIANCE” to the terms of Article II, Section 204.4 and 208.2, of the New Boston Zoning Ordinance, made by Eric and Michelle Pothier, located at 84 Laurel Lane, Tax/Map 15/4 in the R/A district. The owners are seeking relief to allow construction of an attached garage and breezeway within the front setback requirement.
