PUBLIC NOTICE
You are hereby notified of a hearing of the New Boston Zoning Board of Adjustment, to be held MONDAY, NOVEMBER 10, 2008, at 7PM, in the Town of New Boston Conference Room. This hearing concerns an application for an “AREA VARIANCE” to the terms of Article III, Section 301, of the New Boston Zoning Ordinance, made by Raymond Barss, for property located at 332 Joe English Road, Map/Lot 14/73 in the R/A district. The applicant is seeking relief from the front setback requirement, so he can install a carport and handicap ramp.
