ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
PUBLIC NOTICE
You are hereby notified of a hearing of the New Boston Zoning Board of Adjustment, to be held Tuesday, September 30, 2008 at 7PM, in the Town of New Boston Conference Room, for an “EQUITABLE WAIVER OF DIMENSIONAL REQUIREMENTS” to the terms of Article II, Section 204.4 of the New Boston Zoning Ordinance, made by Kevin D’Amelio for property located at Byam Road, Map/Lot 6/41-2 in the R/A district. The house was constructed 2.9 sq. ft. within the setback requirement and the applicant is asking for a waiver of the dimensional requirement.
