PUBLIC NOTICE
You are hereby notified of a hearing of the New Boston Zoning Board of Adjustment, to be held Tuesday, August 19, 2008 at 7PM, in the Town of New Boston Conference Room. This hearing concerns an application for an “AREA VARIANCE” to the terms of Article II, Section 204.4, of the New Boston Zoning Ordinance, made by Francois Sagna and Kary Jencks for property located at 3 Molly Stark Lane, Map/Lot 18/33 in the R/A district. The applicant is proposing the construction of an attached 2-car garage within the 50 ft. front yard setback.
