PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
You are hereby notified that a hearing of the New Boston Zoning Board of Adjustment will be held, Tuesday, May 20, 2008 at 7 PM, in the Town of New Boston Conference Room. This hearing concerns an application for an “AREA VARIANCE” to the terms of Article III, Section 301, of the New Boston Zoning Ordinance, made by Louise Robie for property located at 27 High Street, Map/Lot 17/22 in the R/A district. The applicant is proposing a 9’ X 16’ addition to her house within the front yard setback.
