PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
You are hereby notified that a hearing of the New Boston Zoning Board of Adjustment will be held, Tuesday, November 20, 2007 at 7PM, in the Town of New Boston Conference Room. This hearing concerns an application for a “SPECIAL EXCEPTION to the terms of Article II, Sections 204.4, of the New Boston Zoning Ordinance, made by Tony Eberhardt and Kimberly Messa for property located at 16 Meetinghouse Hill Road, Map/Lot 19/44 in R/A district. The applicant wishes to convert the current retail store to a Physical Therapy office.
