ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE



You are hereby notified that a hearing of the New Boston Zoning Board of Adjustment will be held, Tuesday, August, 21, 2007 at 7PM, in the Town of New Boston Conference Room.  This hearing concerns an application for a “AREA VARIANCE” to the terms of Article II, Sections 204.4, of the New Boston Zoning Ordinance, made by Robert Todd, for Nicolas and Lara Louis, for property located at 62 and 64 Kennedy Lane, Map/Lot  11/54-26 and 11/54-25 in R/A district.  The applicant is seeking relief from the requirement of 200’ square at front 50’ setback, which would then allow a lot line adjustment on 5+ acres application to the Planning Board.

You are hereby notified that a hearing of the New Boston Zoning Board of Adjustment will be held, Tuesday, August 21, 2007 (immediately following the above), in the Town of New Boston Conference Room.  This hearing concerns an application for a “USE VARIANCE” to the terms of Articles II and VI, Sections 204.4 and 602 of the New Boston Zoning Ordinance, and RSA 674:41 (II) made by Shakey Pond Land Company, for property located at Mason Drive, Map/Lot 15/12 in the R/A district.  The applicant is asking to allow the use of a private road to facilitate a (3) lot subdivision application to the Planning Board.
