ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that a hearing of the New Boston Zoning Board of Adjustment will be held, Tuesday, July 17, 2007 at 7PM, in the New Boston Conference Room. This hearing concerns an application for a “USE VARIANCE” to the terms of Article III, Sections 318, of the New Boston Zoning Ordinance, made by Thibeault Sand and Gravel, LLC, for property located on Parker Road, Map/Lot 3/58-0 and 3/57-0 in R/A district. The applicant is seeking a decision to continue to use the 48 (forty-eight and 16 (sixteen) square foot, directional signs, in a district where 4 (four) square foot signs are allowed.
