PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that a hearing of the New Boston Zoning Board of Adjustment will be held, Tuesday, May 22, 2007 at 7PM, in the New Boston Building Inspectors office. This hearing concerns an application for an “VARIANCE” to the terms of Article II, Sections 204 & 208 et al, of the New Boston Zoning Ordinance, made by Elliot Konner, for Doris Leedham, for property located on Clark Hill Road, Map/Lot 8/6 in R/A district. The applicant is seeking a decision to make map/lot 8/6 an existing lot of record and permit the construction of a single-family residence.
