ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that a hearing of the Zoning Board of Adjustment will be held at 7:00 PM, on Monday, December 4, 2006, in the Town Hall Conference Room. This hearing concerns an application for an “AREA VARIANCE” to the terms of Article II, Section 204.4, of the Zoning Ordinance, made by Scott Robert Ferris, for property located at 204 Colburn Road, Map/Lot 1/36 in the R/A district. The application is requesting a variance to permit a subdivision of a lot with 2.83 acres.
Immediately following, a hearing of the Zoning Board of Adjustment will be held on Monday, December 4, 2006 in the Town Hall Conference Room. This hearing concerns an “APPEAL FROM AN ADMINISTRATIVE DECISION” to the terms of Article II, Section 204.4, made by Dan MacDonald, for property located at 35 Mont Vernon Road, known as New Boston Tavern, Map/Lot 19/6, in the Com. District. This application is appealing the decision of the New Boston Planning Board and their interpretation of the Zoning Ordinance.
