Notice is hereby given that a hearing for an APPEAL FROM AN ADMINISTRATIVE DECISION, made by Louis and Marcia Rumore, for property located on Bedford Road. The applicants are appealing the determination of the New Boston Board of Selectmen.
Immediately following will be a hearing for an AREA VARIANCE, made by Louis and Marcia Rumore, for property located on Bedford Road. The applicants are seeking a variance to allow a single family home on land approximately 1.2 acres and does not accommodate a 200 ft. square at the front 50' setback.
