PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that a hearing of the Zoning Board of Adjustment will be held at 7:00 PM, on Wednesday, December 14, 2005, in the Town Hall Conference Room. This hearing concerns an application for a “EQUITABLE WAIVER OF DIMENSIONAL REQUIREMENTS” to the terms of Article II, Section 204.4 of the zoning ordinance, made by Alice and Stephen Curtis for property located in the R/A district, at 283 Old Coach Road, Map/Lot 7/67-1. The applicant requests that a one-stall garage be allowed at 36’ from the front property line instead of the 50’ that is required.
