The meeting was attended by Dave Ely, Mary Koon and Ken Lombard.

We reviewed the proposed report to the Town and agreed to send it in.
~
Discussed briefly the opportunities at hand.~ They still require work to firm then up into realistic opportunities.~ Ian was not able to attend the meeting so details of the Marden FRPP application~were not presented.~
~
The deRoetth FRPP effort is moving through government review channels.
~
We reviewed the Chancey FRPP document as a baseline model for the following, which we have to do.
~
1. The balance of the Chancey property. The current baseline only covers the FRPP portion.
2. The Noftsger and Noftsger/Wilson easements
3. The Stewart easement
4. The deRoetth easement baseline has been started but will have to be updated~as this purchase is completed.

Mary Koon volunteered to be the monitor for the Stewart easement, and Dave Ely volunteered for the Noftsger, Noftsger/Wilson easement.

Ken Clinton had previously talked about volunteering for the Chancey easement.~ Ken, can we list you as the monitor?
~
Our next meeting will be on February 15 at 7:30 in the Town Hall.
