The meeting was called to order at 7:10 pm.

REVIEW OF MINUTES: December 2009 approved as written, January 2010 approved as amended.

OLD BUSINESS
~
Johnson Lot –Discussed potential access options. There is a dirt bike trail going through the property. There are lots of bull pine, there is ledge, and it could use some timber stand improvement.

Lydia Dodge West – Tim Trimbur reports the roads are posted and the ground conditions are not conducive to any cutting. As soon as it dries up, he can go in. The limit was to be one load per week so this plan wasn’t possible any sooner. The price is to remain the same as the previous contract, and the contracts are to be reviewed next month. The bridge will probably take a couple of days to put in place.

Trail maps – It might be nice to have a tri-fold for the spring.

Intents to Cut –None to review at the meeting. Tim Trimbur discussed the cut on Lull Road

Forestry Lots – Discussion around walking on properties when the weather is better.
