Minutes of Meeting – April 6, 2009

The meeting was called to order at 7:10 pm.

REVIEW OF MARCH MINUTES: On Hold.
~
REVIEW OF FEBRUARY MINUTES: Approved as amended.
~
TREASURER’S REPORT: $11,457.07
~
OLD BUSINESS
~
Johnson Lot
Tim Trimbur reports that access is not viable through the PSNH property, and he is working on other options. There is storm damage on the lot.
~
Lydia Dodge Lot West
The town is now requiring bids on any cut valued over $500. Tim shared the costs of this cut and this new plan will decrease the benefit to the town. Tim suggested and it was agreed that the next meeting will meet at this lot at 6:30 pm.

Motorized Vehicle Suppression
Kim DiPietro presented a bill for 233.50 for signs.
~
Sherbourne Lot
It was suggested that the June meeting be held at this lot at 6:30 pm. Vehicles have been driving on the sand.

Trail Maps
Tom Lazott reported to Tim Trimbur that he would try to have the Lydia Dodge Lot and O’Rourke Lot maps done at the next meeting.

NEW BUSINESS
~
Piscataquog Trailways Trail Cleanup
There is a trail cleanup scheduled for May 2 and Kim DiPietro is inviting the Forestry Committee as well as the Livable Walkable Communities group to do a trail clean-up on the Lydia Dodge Trail and join the PAT group for lunch at Mrs. Nixon’s.
