Minutes of Meeting - October 6, 2008
ATTENDEES: Tim Trimbur, Karl Heafield, Nancy Loddengaard,
Tom Lazott was unable to attend the meeting.
The meeting was called to order at 7:10 pm.
REVIEW OF MINUTES AND TREASURER’S REPORT DELAYED TO NEXT MEETING
OLD BUSINESS
Marvel Easement Plaque
Tom Lazott, Karl Heafield, and Dave Seager got the plaque in place in the location the Seagers chose.
Siemeze Lot – no update as yet.
Johnson Lot – Tim Trimbur has had conversations with the manager from PSNH regarding passage to the Johnson Lot. Tim is suggesting a harvest after the Lydia Dodge West Lot cut is finished.
Lydia Dodge West – Tim Trimbur to try to finish work there after there are freeze conditions.
Sherburne Lot – May be a good time to walk the property and see if a harvest is needed there.
NEW BUSINESS
Steward Appointments - Steward reports are due this fall. Tim to get the forms needed to complete. Tim suggested updating projects to be noted as well.
Intents to Cut – Reviewed 3. Kim Burkhammer sent a letter to one, 2nd approved, 3rd already approved, but as there are wetlands will have State Forester review it.
