Twin Bridge Land Management; Twin Bridge Road – Tax Map/Lot 002-062-012 & 003-005 - Letter from DES, regarding Alteration of Terrain (AoT) application to disturb 520K +/- square feet of earth. Discussion on lack of response from letter sent to DES and other bureaus in August of this year asking for an onsite and guidance and assistance with this proposed project. Burkhamer to write to the AoT bureau and also enclose a copy of our previous letter.
Lemay; Wilson Hill Road – Tax Map/Lot 009-021-005 – Letter from DES requesting more information to clarify and complete the application. They have started construction.
Thibeault; Land purchase – Ken Lombard of the Open Space Committee will not be available for the next meeting date, but discussion is necessary. Motion made and Seconded to have meeting on Wednesday, December 9th at 7:15. PASSED. Dodge to notify all members and Ken Lombard.
Marrinan; River Road - Tax Map/Lot – 006-038 – Onsite completed by Dodge and Tupper, impressed by work proposed by Rick Kohler at Todd Land Use for the culverts necessary to access this house lot.
Conservation Commission Representation at Planning Board meetings – Table this item for next meeting.
Easement/Stewardship Inspection Report - Table this item for next meeting.
Signs for Conservation Areas – Saunders Pasture and Middle Branch are nearing completion – posts must be installed – Dodge will set up a weekend.
Mill Pond Conservation Area – Picnic Tables are ready –Brown and Gilligan to set up tables and anchors.
Saunders Pasture – need to discuss methods to control invasive species – Table this item until next meeting.
