Invoices from Todd Land use; for boundary work on the Lyndeborough Road Conservation Area and for research on the Mill Pond and abutting properties, motion made and seconded to pay Todd Land.

Discussion regarding damage from Ice Storm – will need to check all trails for down trees and other potential hazards.  Interest of trail work with local students is very high – will explore further possibilities.  Caveat – all trail work must be done under direct overview of a Con Com member.

Letter from Selectmen – donation for footbridge

Discussion follows on can we donate something in kind or must it be hard cash?  More discussion on amount to donate.  Motion made to offer a $5,000.00 donation match/challenge – NBCC will donate $5,000.00, if the LWC can raise the rest of the amount of money needed.  4 Ayes, 2 Abstains – Motion PASSED - Tupper to write letter to Selectmen with CC decision.

Presentation from Ernest Thibeault and Vincent Iacossi

Property is New Boston Tax Map/Lot(s) 006-033, 040, 045 & 040-002 – the River Road gravel pit, the “cornfield”, the old Byam farm and the old Dodds property off Wilson Hill Road.  Mr. Thibeault has decided that it might not be something that he wants to build on at the present time, he knows that the Town might have interest in the commercial gravel area for a future safety complex and thought that the CC and Open Space might be interested in the other parcels.  This could be a very involved process, and would take time.

Ken Lombard will investigate with SPNHF and FRRP, Burkhamer to set up meeting with the Selectmen for Tupper and Lombard to present this information.

McGlauflin – Mason Drive – subdivision

Subdivided a 2 acre parcel out for family.  Will have to sign aa Agreement and release of liability with the Town.

Brochures from UNH extension – distributed

SNHPC letter – distributed

Open Space Committee  - Ken Lombard
Working on two potential properties, money from FRPP purchase of Chauncy has been returned.

Respectfully submitted,

Kim Burkhamer
