Organizational Meeting at Conclusion of Annual Town Meeting
Tuesday March 8, 2005
Mount Desert Elementary School Gymnasium
Present at meeting: Chairman Richard Savage, Vice-Chairman Patrick Smallidge, Recording Secretary Jeffery Smith, Selectman Ernest Coombs, Selectman Kathleen Branch, Town Manager Michael MacDonald, members of the public exiting the gymnasium.
Chairman Savage called the meeting to order at 8:40 P.M.
Selectman Smith moved to retain the same slate of officers for 2005 as were elected in 2004, motion seconded by Selectman Smallidge.

Recording Secretary Jeffery Smith
Motion carried unanimously.
Selectman Smallidge motioned to adjourn the meeting, second by Chairman Savage, motion carried unanimously.
