Meeting Minutes
Tuesday, December 27, 2016
A meeting of the Board of Selectmen was held this date in the Conference Room, Town Hall, Northeast Harbor, Maine.
Those present included: Chairman John Macauley; Selectmen Martha Dudman, Matt Hart, Brian Reilly, and Dennis Shubert, and Town Manager Durlin Lunt.
I. Call to order at 12:00 p.m.
Chairman Macauley called the meeting to order at 11:55 a.m.
II. Executive Session
- Pursuant to 1 M.R.S.A. ยง405(6) (A) Town Manager Annual Review
MOTION: Selectman Macauley moved, seconded by Selectman Reilly, to enter into Executive Session. The vote was in favor, 5-0.
The Board entered Executive Session at 11:55 a.m.
MOTION: Selectman Shubert moved, with Selectman Reilly seconding, to leave Executive Session. Motion approved 5-0.
The Board ended Executive Session at 1:31 pm.
III. Adjournment
MOTION: At 1:32 p.m., Selectman Macauley moved, seconded by Selectman Hart, to adjourn the meeting. The vote was in favor, 5-0.
