A. Approve appointment of Samuel Fox III to Ordinance Review Committee and Comprehensive Plan Committee.
B. MDEP notice of retirement of Otter Creek WWTP Discharge License.
C. Acknowledge receipt of Planning Board minutes of May 9, May 23, 2005, and June 13, 2005
D. Acknowledge receipt of department head monthly reports.
E. Acknowledge MDI Water Quality Coalition status reports.

Old Business
A. Approve Seal Harbor Library Association use of Seal Harbor village green for annual fair, August 6, 2005
New Business
A. Approve wastewater treatment agreement with Acadia National Park and authorize Town Manager to sign agreement on behalf of the Town of Mount Desert.
B. Accept bids for surplus floats.
C. Award heating fuels and diesel fuel bid for 2005-06 heating season.
D. Approve liquor license renewal for HarborView Corp. d/b/a Main Sail Restaruant.
General Issue
A. Approve employee request for additional unpaid leave days.
