CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT/approval
APPLICATION: 012-2014
PERMIT CONDITIONS: In addition to having all applicable federal, state, and town permits be in place prior to any construction, the following conditions apply:
No vehicles at site larger than a 1 ton dump body truck;
No construction equipment or bulk storage kept at site; Stormwater plan will be approved by CEO and will minimize run-off from site; and Applicant will undertake landscaping and other measures to minimize visual impact.
