A. Call to Order at 4:30 p.m.
B. B. Minutes
Approve minutes from March 10, 2015 meeting. Motion by Bromage to accept the minutes as presented. Seconded by Litchfield. Motion carried.
C. New Business
1 Replace hoist on Northeast harbor pier
2. Harbormaster informs committee of Winger’s welding proposal for a new hoist, to replace the failing hoist at NEH marina. Motion Bright to accept proposal and present to selectman. Seconded by Bromage. Motion carried. Committee discussed a rate change for hoist use and decided to wait until next year’s rate reviews.

1. Permitting North dock update
Harbormaster updates the committee on the North dock project, all permits are in and ready to go.
2. Seal Harbor hoist
Harbormaster informs committee of major structural repairs needed to bulkhead before a hoist can be installed. The whale back repaires are going out to bid this week.
