ATTENDING: SAVAGE, FERNALD, BRIGHT, BLACK, JONES, MOORE, FOSTER, BROMAGE, LITCHFIELD, LEMOINE, HAYNES
A. Called to Order at 4:30 p.m.
Motion by Haynes to accept minutes as presented, second by Fernald. Motion carried. Motion by Jones for Savage to continue as chairman of Maritime Management Committee, second Bromage. Motion carried.
C. New Business
- 1. Summer Rates
- Discussion by committee of current rates and those of neighboring harbors. Motion by Foster to increase summer rates by $0.10 per foot, electricity to 30amp $15.00 per day, 50amp $25.00 per day, 100amp $45.00 per day, 100 amp 3-phase $75.00 per day. Second by Bright. Motion carried.

1. Bartlett Landing
Discussion of adding a float and of its winter storage location. Motion by Savage to approve additional 20’ by 20’ float at Bartletts Island Landing, second by Fernald. Motion carried.
2. Permitting North dock
No new updates.
3. Hoist Seal Harbor.
Motion by Moore, for Winger welding to access current hoist at Northeast harbor Marina for repairs and for a quote on a new hoist in Seal Harbor, second by Bromage. Motion carried.

G. Motion by Bright for adjournment at 1738, second by Fernald. Motion carried.
