ATTENDING: HAYNES, MOORE, BRIGHT, JOHNSTON, LEMOINE, BROMAGE, BLACK, LITCHFIELD, FERNALD
A. Site visit at Bartlett’s Landing at 4pm
Call to Order at 4:38 p.m.
Approve minutes from September 9, 2014 meeting. Motion by Johnston to accept as read, second by Bromage. Motion carried.

1. Permitting North dock
Money for permitting on hold until a special town meeting can be held for approval. Discussion of issue among committee follows. Motion by Moore for a $25,000 contingency fund to be established for the 2015 Marina budget, second by Litchfield. Motion carried. Motion by Bright to ask for loan of $2500 from the selectman’s contingency fund, second by Johnston. Motion carried.
2. Bartlett landing
The committee decides to investigate further into funding and logistics to adding two 20’ by 20’ floats to existing float system. Harbormaster will review current budgeting for Bartlett’s Landing, including increase to yearly expenses by the new addition.
3. Non resident usage fee
Harbormaster will review neighboring harbors usage fees for next meeting.
