A. Call to Order at 5:30 p.m.
Meeting was called to order by Chairman Haynes at 5:36 PM…in attendance were Liebow, Bromage, Litchfield, Fernald, Harbor Master Murphy, Brown, Johnson, Crothers, Black…Guests: Andrew Allen, Karl and Kristin Brunner
B. Minutes
1. Approve the minutes of the regular Marine Management Committee Meeting from October 17th , 2006
Motion by Johnson and second by Bromage to approve as presented the minutes from 10-17-06
C. New Business
1. Open bid proposals and start the award process of commercial dock.
Bids were opened and read; Bids were received from Rick Savage/vessel Asticou (A), Karl and Dirk Brunner/vessel Ripples (B), Karl and Kristen Brunner vessel Helen Brooks (C), Downeast Sailing Adventures/vessel Lobster Tales (D), Downeast Sailing Adventures/vessel Rachel B. Jackson (E), Downeast Sailing Adventures/vessel Surprise (F), Mike Olson/vessel Sunrise (G)
The following proposals were deemed not to meet application requirements established for the lottery:
" D: no insurance certificate provided
" E: no insurance certificate provided
" F: no insurance certificate provided and no proof of registration or documentation
" G: no insurance certificate provided
Proposals A, B and C were deemed eligible for the lottery and were reviewed to see whether they met further requirements of capacity available as advertised in the proposals.
Proposal A was then rejected due to the fact the trip plan does not fit capacity available
Proposal B was deemed to meet the criteria for the lottery
Proposal C was deemed to meet the criteria for the lottery
Before the lottery was held Proposal B was withdrawn
Proposal C, the only remaining proposal was selected
Motion by Johnson to approve Proposal C as presented second by Litchfield and voted to approve 9-0

1. Information for Eric Jones and Jim Bright, the Hoist has been sent out for repair.
