A. Call to Order at 4:30 p.m.
B. Minutes
Approve minutes from December 8, 2015 meeting.
Motion by Bromage to approve as presented, seconded by Black. Motion carried.
C. New Business
Motion by Bright for Savage to remain chairman of MMC for 2016, seconded by Haynes. Motion carried.
D. General Issue
1. Garden Club Plans
The landscape design plans were reviewed and discussed. Motion by Bright to accept the plans as presented, seconded by Haynes. Motion carried.
E. Old Business
1. North dock
Updates of North dock extension presented to committee by Harbormaster for discussion. Committee asked to be presented potential revenue for the new slips.
2. Seal Harbor hoist
Committee is waiting for the engineering assessments and recommendations.
3. Bartlett parking
Long term storage and overnight parking of commercial vehicles in the parking area was discussed. Motion by Savage for the Harbormaster to write a letter to the board of selectman, asking for the review and enforcement of parking regulations. Seconded by Bright. Motion carried.
