MINUTES
The Mount Desert School Committee held a special meeting at the Mount Desert Island
Regional High School on Monday, November 9, 2009 with the following members present:
Chair Heather Jones, Brian Reilly, Gail Marshall, and Charlie Wray
Absent: Laura Hendricks
CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 5:42 p.m.
Executive Session Pursuant to 1 M.R.S.A. § 405(6)(D): Contract Negotiations
MOVED by Gail Marshall, seconded by Brian Reilly and unanimously voted to enter
executive session at 5:42 p.m. for the purpose of discussing contract negotiations
pursuant to 1 M.R.S.A. § 405(6)(D).
The committee came out of executive session at 5:52 p.m.
ACTION ITEM
Ratification of New Salary Scale for the 2010-2011 School Year
MOVED by Gail Marshall, seconded by Charlie Wray and unanimously voted to ratify
the new salary scale for the 2010-2011 school year as presented.
ADJOURNMENT
MOVED by Brian Reilly, seconded by Charlie Wray and unanimously voted to adjourn
the meeting at 5:55 p.m.
