MINUTES
The Mount Desert School Committee held a special meeting at the Mount Desert Island Regional High School on Monday, April 13, 2009 with the following members present: Chair Heather Jones, Laura Hendricks, Charles Wray, Brian Reilly, and Gail Marshall
CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 7:13 p.m.
ACTION ITEMS
Approval of Addendum to Current Common Contract
MOVED by Brian Reilly, seconded by Gail Marshall and unanimously voted to approve Addendum IV to the current 2006-2009 Collective Bargaining Agreement between the school committees and teachers associations of Bar Harbor, Mount Desert, Southwest Harbor, Tremont, and Mount Desert CSD as presented.
Ratification of Common Contract
MOVED by Gail Marshall, seconded by Brian Reilly and unanimously voted to ratify the 2009-2012 Collective Bargaining Agreement between the school committees and teachers associations of Bar Harbor, Mount Desert, Southwest Harbor, Tremont, and Mount Desert CSD as presented.
ADJOURNMENT
MOVED by Charles Wray, seconded by Laura Hendricks and unanimously voted to adjourn the meeting at 7:16 p.m.
