a. EMR, Inc. contract negotiation update: summary of information presented at the Towns of Tremont and SW Harbor selectmen meetings attended by Smith and Spiker at the request of the towns.
b. Status of contacting Frenchboro with a formal invitation to join the ADD: Not done yet.
c. HHW & UW day: MDIHS, Saturday, October 11, 2008, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM.
5. Assignments per Director.
6. Any other business as may be legally conducted.
