(June, July, August, September and November meetings cancelled pending receipt of EMR contract; meeting scheduled for December 11, 2008 did not have a quorum – Frenchboro and Mount Desert only two towns to show.)

2. Consider meeting minutes from regular meeting held October 2, 2008.
3. Treasurer’s report.
4. Regular Business
a. Schools trash fair – art and research projects. Presentation of the concept by Trenton Alternate Director Peter Rees.
b. Annual report and annual meeting discussion. Directors please review in the by-laws prior to the December 11, 2009 meeting.
c. FY-10 budget discussion.
d. EMR negotiations update.
e. Date for next years HHW and UW event. Consider dropping the UW portion since the new EMR contracts contain 12 monthly collection days.
f. Consideration of changing what constitutes a quorum.
5. Assignments per Director.
6. Any other business as may be legally conducted.
7. Input from the attending public.
