- 6:00 pm: Attendance.
- Election of Officers for 2010-2011.
- Confirmation of Meeting dates and times.
- Consideration of Warrant for Special Town Meeting.
NOTE: The Board of Selectmen are calling a Special Town Meeting for November 15, 2010 at 5:50 pm at the MDES Kelley Auditorium to seek approval from the voters for the sale of the 1995 International/Central pumper fire truck. The Board is considering the language for the article in the warrant at its meeting on October 18th. We will try to have copies of the article as approved by the Board of Selectmen made available to us in advance of our October 26th meeting.
REMEMBER we need at least 50% of the unexcused members of the Warrant Committee in attendance to take a vote to be recorded in the Warrant for the Special Town Meeting. We hope this will be a short, but productive meeting. We hope everyone can attend, but if you cannot attend, please notice the Town office or Bill Ferm, John Macauley or Jerry Miller so that we can excuse you from attending.
