Request for Proposals – Grant Administration
CDBG Program Grant


The Town of Monterey is requesting proposals for grant administration services for its CDBG FY18 CDBG Program that includes housing rehabilitation in the towns of Monterey, Sandisfield and Egremont.  Copies of the detailed Request for Proposals may be obtained on the town’s website www.montereyma.gov .  Interested firms qualified in the field of grant administration shall submit proposals to Melissa Noe at Monterey Town Hall, 435 Main Rd, PO Box 308, Monterey, MA 01245 by 3pm on September 26, 2018.  Proposals will be opened at the October 3, 2018 Select Board meeting.  

Minimum qualifications are: five years of successful experience in grant administration, including projects of similar scale and scope; and evidence of suitable insurance coverage for such services. Selection criteria are included in the detailed Request for Proposals. Respondents must comply with all applicable civil rights and employment opportunity laws.   The Town of Monterey reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any informalities in the proposals received, and to accept the proposal which best meets the criteria set by the Town.
