For Sale by Sealed Bid
2009 Chevy Silverado 2500 and Related Equipment
The Board of Selectmen of the Town of Monterey will accept bids for the sale of the following surplus equipment.
2009 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD Extended Cab, 90,000 miles, V8 6.0L, 6 ½ foot bed with 9’ western snow plow. Sold as is.
MINIMUM BID: $8,000

Bids will be accepted at the Monterey Town Hall, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, PO Box 308, Monterey, MA. 01245 until 3:00pm, Monday, October 2, 2017. A statement of non-collusion must accompany bid. Bids shall be in a sealed envelope clearly marked “2009 Chevy 2500 Bid”. A deposit of 10% of bid must accompany bid. Winning bidder shall have 14 days from bid opening to take delivery of truck and all equipment. Balance of payment shall be made on delivery and shall be by certified check, payable to the Town of Monterey.
The Selectboard reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any informality in bidding if deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Monterey.
