2007 Chevy Kodiak and Related Equipment
The Board of Selectmen of the Town of Monterey will accept bids for the sale of the following surplus equipment.
2007 Chevy Kodiak, 32,000 miles, single axle, dump body, and central hydraulics
MINIMUM BID: $5,000

Bids will be accepted at the Monterey Town Hall, Monterey Grange #291, 435 Main Road, PO Box 308, Monterey, MA. 01245 until 4:15pm, Monday, January 11, 2016. A statement of non-collusion must accompany bid. Bids shall be in a sealed envelope clearly marked “2007 Chevy Kodiak Bid”. A deposit of 10% of bid must accompany bid. Winning bidder shall have 14 days from bid opening to take delivery of truck and all equipment. Balance of payment shall be made on delivery and shall be by certified check, payable to the Town of Monterey.
Bid Opening on January 11, 2016 at 4:30pm at the Monterey Town Hall, Selectboard Office. The Selectboard reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any informality in bidding if deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Monterey.
