Friends of Wilson McLaughlin House, Inc, Town of Monterey, Invitation to Bid: Basement/Sills/Subfloor Renovation
Friends of Wilson McLaughlin House, Inc, PO Box 302, Monterey, MA 01245, will be accepting bids for renovation work on the Wilson McLaughlin House, 3 New Marlboro Road, Monterey. The scope of work includes: repair of stone foundation including specified concrete work, sill replacement (post and beam frame), and removal and replacement of existing posts, support beams, joists and subfloor for the main floor. Work should start as soon as possible after October 13, 2013, and conclude within two months. The bid deadline is Friday, October 11, 2013, at 3:00 pm; sealed bids may be mailed to the above address or delivered to Monterey Town Hall during regular business hours. Specifications and information are contained in the bid documents available as a pdf download from www.ccmonterey.org. No bids will be accepted without all paperwork at the time of submission.
