INVITATION TO BID
AWD MOTOR GRADER BID
The Town of Monterey, MA., through its Selectboard, is accepting sealed bids for a “AWD MOTOR GRADER” as per specifications. Specifications are available at the Monterey Town Hall, 413-528-1443, Monterey Grange 291, 435 Main Road, Box 308, Monterey, Ma. 01245, and on the Town of Monterey Website, montereyma.gov Bids must be received by 9:15am April 29, 2013 by the Town’s Interdepartmental Secretary in the Monterey Town Offices at the above address by 9:15AM. Bids will be opened and read at 9:15am on April
29, 2013. The Bid shall be awarded no later than 11:00am May 20, 2013. Bid envelopes shall be clearly labeled “2013 AWD Motor Grader BID”, and accompanied by a statement of non-collusion.
BID OPENING WILL BE AT 9:15AM on Monday April 29 2013, AT THE TOWN HALL, MONTEREY MA.
The Town of Monterey reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any informality in bidding if deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Monterey.
