INVITATION TO BID
Lead Paint Removal and Containment
Friends of Wilson McLaughlin House, Inc, (FWMH) on behalf of the Town of Monterey, will accept sealed bids until Saturday, March 9, 2013 at 2:00 pm by hand delivery to an agent of FWMH, by postal service at PO Box 302, Monterey, MA 01245, or by delivery during normal business hours to the Town Offices, Monterey Grange#291, 435 Main Road, Post Office Box 308, Monterey, MA. 01245. Absolutely no bids will be accepted after that time.
The sealed bids are for lead paint removal and containment at the Wilson McLaughlin House, 9 New Marlborough Road, Monterey. Specifications, Bid Form, and pertinent other information are all contained in a bid form package available online from the Town of Monterey website (see Procurements page at www.montereyma.gov), from the FWMH website (www.ccmonterey.org), or by email request to center@ccmonterey.org.

Friends of Wilson McLaughlin House, Inc, is the awarding authority and they reserve the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any minor informalities and to make an award in any manner consistent with the law and deemed in the best interest of the Town of Monterey.
