The Town of Monterey, acting through the Board of Selectmen, invites Letters of Interests and a statement of qualifications, from Qualified Engineering Firms for the design for the resurfacing of Route 23, aka Main Road, in the Town of Monterey.
Sealed letters of interest from MassHighway qualified Engineering firms shall be received at the Town of Monterey Office of the Selectboard, Town Hall, P.O. Box 308, 435 Main Road, Monterey, MA, 01245 until Monday, September 21, 2009 at 4:00pm. Sealed Letters of Interest will be opened and read aloud by the Selectboard at 4:00pm Monday, September 21, 2009.
This contract is subject to the provisions of Chapter 30B, MGL, for a Qualifications Based Selection Process. The Selectboard reserves the right to accept or reject any firm based on qualifications and past performance. Fees will be negotiated after award of design contract.
