ZBA Administrative Meeting Minutes

Date:  2/1/17
Hearing began at: 3:14pm

Members Present:  Jonathan Levin, Chair, Stanley Ross, Clerk, Robert Lazzarini and Fred Chapman

Also present: Don Torrico

The Board discussed their FY18 budget request.  It was unanimously agreed to request level funding of $500 for the next fiscal year.

The Board also discussed the potential need for outside counsel to give an opinion on a zoning matter regarding religious and educational uses.  The Board unanimously agreed to have Jon draft a letter to the Select Board requesting permission to use some of the $1,500 allocated for outside legal opinions.  M. Noe was asked to find out the balance left in that account.

M. Noe was also asked to research the cost of updating the 2nd edition book written by Mark Bobrowski.

M. Noe will follow up with the Planning Board on a final version of the updated town zoning bylaws to put on the website.
