ZBA Administrative Meeting Minutes

Hearing began at: 4:30pm
Members Present: Jonathan Levin, Chair, Stanley Ross, Clerk, Robert Lazzarini, Susan Cooper and Fred Chapman
Fred asked to have an administrative meeting to discuss Town counsel’s comments with regards to the questions the ZBA put forward with regards to religious uses and exemptions from zoning, and discussion regarding the questions and responses ensued, and it was agreed that in the event a specific matter came before the Board, additional counsel may be warranted.
