Minutes of the meeting of 4/14/17
Meeting Opened at: 4pm
Select Board Members Present: Kenn Basler, Chairperson, Steve Weisz and Carol Edelman
Also in attendance: BJ Johnson, Don Clawson, Ray Tryon
Library Bond Counsel had last minute changes to Article 5 on Town Warrant.
All present approved the change.
Articles 12 and 13 were approved for raise and appropriate rather than free cash
All approved
The Warrant as presented with the changes noted above was approved with K. Basler making the motion, C. Edelman providing a second and all voting in the affirmative.
It was agreed that Melissa would substitute the library change wording on Tuesday morning and that the Selectman would sign it prior to 10AM.
Ray Tryon would make himself available on Tuesday for his signature acting as the Constable
It was agreed by all that the informational sheet should be shortened by deleting all of the charts from the Special article chart starting at the bottom of page 2 and all charts on page 3.
It was agreed that a new paragraph explaining free cash would be developed over the weekend and would be ready to send to the printer along with the warrant.
A motion was made and unanimously approved to adjourn the meeting.
