Read entirety of moratorium
Open discussion
Members of the public supported the passage of the moratorium as read.
Special town meeting may be required in July for Broadband
Expect at least a month before a special town meeting, Select Board will suppor the logistics of a special town meeting
Don brought up that the article could be amended on the floor of town meeting to automatically extend the timeframe if the Attorney General makes that allowable.
Ken will get Language from town Council on wording for an extension.
