Marijuana – Temporary Moratorium
- Planning Board would need to hold 2 public hearings
- Temporary Moratorium
- Don presented a draft of a letter proposing a 9 month Moratorium
- Don Pallota recounted experience in his town
- Motion was made to send theTom Sawyer issue back to the select board to consult with Council on the proper body to submit for a moratorium at town meeting.
Monterey Library – Site Plan Review
- Don moved that we send a letter to the ZBA that we have no objections to the stream and pond protection variance.
- Tom To Draft a letter
- 35 day time period for other boards and departments to respond April 13th. Next meeting will be held on the 26th.
Hume Changes to site plan
- Board was unanimous in considering that the changes are minor and are not an issue
- Don was recused from the vote.
