- Mark made presentation on the special permit application for the library.
- Draft a letter to the ZBA
- Retaining wall should not be considered a structure/does not need a variance 9.1.3-3
- Parking considerations will be taken up during site plan review
- Mark submitted documents for site plan review. It will be put on the next meeting agenda. 90 day clock is ticking. (May 8th)
- Should the planning board stamp the site plan
- Should the bylaws state that the special permits should be submitted to the town clerk
- Have the select board set the fee for signs
- Review sections of the bylaw where Don recommends changes.
- Don suggested bringing in a local trainer for all boards
- Temporary marijuana Moratorium – Ken Basler
- Vote to discuss re Monterey and marijuana – unanimous
- Introduction RE Moratorium to draft a law based on the state laws.
- Ken would like to be on the agenda for the next meeting to vote on a moratorium at the may town meeting
- Ken presented a copy of a bylaw proposed by New Marlboro.
