- Moved to the next meeting. March 8th
- Building permit has been applied for and denied.
- Plan is up for ZBA hearing on March 28th.
- Discussion on if the application needs a site plan review – the addition of a parking lot for a municipal use requires site plan review.
- Mark Makuc – provided descriptions of the plans for the library.
- Construction is looking to start this summer.
- Questions on a sign permit application for the Chapel by Mark Makuc
Read/Approve Minutes from Feb 8th 2018
- Minutes approves as written.
Reports from the Board
- Stephen updated the board on his meeting with the Building inspector.
- We should provide a set price for a sign application.
- Debated an appropriate fee.
- Pat spoke to the council on aging and there was no interest in the Palnning Board clerk position
- The Board will publish for the position.
- Attend meetings
- Take notes
- 4 hours of administrative work per month to file paperwork with the town administrator

- Expense allocations monthly summary
- Note from the planning board in Great Barrington on proposed zoning bylaw changes.
- Decision from ZBA to reject application to build a new deck.
