Hume site plan – John Szablonski
- Plan Submitted on Nov 7 - 90 day period is up on Feb 5th
- 35 day review due on the 11th
- Review of Electric pole
- Need to contact all boards to make sure they submit
- The plan going forward to Sawyer to contact the board regarding their response to the site plant. If there is no intent to respond then the board will use its prerogative to let the 90 day period elapse to imply approval.
- Don will recuse himself from matters of Hume.
Grant – Presented by Dennis Lynch - Climate Change grant to work with the Berkshire regional planning commission.
- Develop priorities for climate change impact.
- Dennis Left a program.
- Open to all interested from the board
- Needs a response by Feb 9th. On participation. – Respond to Melissa.
- Fiber Connect – Adam Chait – Update on progress

- Order of business – follow the submitted agenda items first
- Should vote by the board to allow public to speak(Roberts Rules)
- Signs – Don Torrico feels that he is in charge of sign permits since permits are filed on line. The Planning board needs to meet with the select board to review the sign application process. – Stephen will attend a meeting to discuss with the select board.
- Clerk – Pat will talk to the council on aging to see if there is someone interested and qualified.
