- Propane tanks (6 x 1000 gal), Utility Poles, screening trees, Water tank(24’ tall x 40’ diameter), Emergency Generator (Diesel).
- Wastewater is being handles by DEP
- Fire tank is for worst case(Garage)
- Question on if the neighbor was notified of the improvements (within the 200’ setback)
- Current buildout plan is 300 to 500 people
- There will be lighting on the building
- Hume still needs to plant the trees for the screening.
- Need to consult Bylaw sections (
