- Survey uncovered a change to the boundaries.
- Changes approved Unanimously by the board members present

- Read minutes from April 26 and 27, 2017; amend and/or approve.
- Approval of both minutes deferred to the next meeting

- Welcome new members/confirm sworn in.
- Don has not been sworn in yet – planning on Tuesday before the next meeting.

- Choose officers – Chair or co-chair, clerk, etc.
- Discussion of Structure –
- Decision to elect a co chair – Board voted Tom Sawyer as co chair
- Discussion on Maggie Leonard involvement
- Maggie Leonard voted unanimously as Planning Board Clerk
- Maggie will continue to recuse herself from matters of Hume.
- Article 35 – Town voted to ammended to include Utility scale in the solar description
- Article 34 – Town voted to reject rejected due to the feeling that the calculations in the chart were too lenient. There will continue to be an inconsistency in this section. Ken suggested that we should review the change with the ZBA before going to the next town meeting. Will need to advertise the change.
- Article 36 – Town voted to approve the sign bylaw change.

- Hume update regarding legal counsel and conflict of interest/Leonard.
- Leonard will recuse herself from Hume discussion due to a conflict of interest
- Discussion on the use of Jerimiah Pollard as council for representation.
- Discuss procedure for executive session for the next meeting.
- Don suggested to request an opinion letter from Jeremiah on the strength of each site plan condition. Stephen and Tom will request this of Jerimiah Pollard via e-mail.
